Weddings
Weddings are the reason for some of the most beautifully inspired cakes. The cakes are always elegantly decadent, but most of us won't eat more than just a few bites.
Why is that?
Fondant.
As bakers, and frequent consumers of cake, we don't care for fondant very much, so we don't use it!
What we do love using is a balanced buttercream frosting
(boozy, or not) paired with a deliciously moist cake.
We adore weddings. Let's talk about inspiration: whether you're looking for a table lined with cupcakes, or a full-size layer cake, or a mix of both, or an array of even more treats. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll create a repertoire that best fits you and your partner on your (especially) special day.

Industry Events
Some of the things we love about the cocktail industry is the camaraderie, the education of spirits, the ultimate customer experience, the history and stories behind each cocktail, spirit, and individual, and of course all of the industry events that let us explore and share the love of an entire movement. From SpeedRack, to Whiskey Washback; from NYCWFF, to Edible Manhattan's The Collective Bartender Symposium, we've participated and sponsored several events with our fellow cocktail industry friends where the public can see all that we do outside of a singular bar.

Cocktail & Cupcake Pairing Class
Are you looking for an exciting addition to your next event, or are you and a group of your friends, or clients, curiously interested in the art of making cocktails?
We can certainly help with that.
One of our favorite things to do is to create a cocktail and cupcake pairing where you can enjoy the original cocktail right next to its baked good counterpart; experience all of the flavors
balance with each bite and each sip.

Cocktail Class
Are you looking for an exciting addition to your next event, or are you and a group of your friends, or clients, curiously interested in the art of making cocktails?
We can certainly help with that.
One of the things we love to do is to teach others the history, processes, and flavor balances of cocktails. From a classic Manhattan, to a modern Gordon’s Breakfast, we’ll teach you how to make the cocktail, you’ll have a chance to make the cocktail yourself, and then the best part, you can sit and enjoy the cocktail you just crafted.

Whisk(e)y Class
Whisk(e)y has always been known as the "water of life".
How did it become so?
The word stems from the Gaelic phrase "uisge beatha" and after the corruption of the English language, the word "whisky" was born.
For the love of Whisk(e)y and the curiosity you have and the knowledge you seek, please join Courtney McKamey, TCP Owner and Whisk(e)y Aficionado, for various classes on the subject.
Classes start as Intermediate, from "Exploring Scotland", "Discovering Japan", to "The Battle of Rye vs. Bourbon". Advanced classes are also available, from "Where There's Smoke, There's Islay", "Rare and Old", to "What's Your Mash Bill?"

Wine Class
Wine seems easy enough to understand. It's just grapes, right?
Right!
However, there are so many variances within wine.
Whether you feel insecure about your knowledge, or know the basics and want to explore, we can certainly guide you along the way.

One of the things we love to do is to teach others the history, processes, and flavor profiles of wine using modern inclusive language so that it's easy for everyone to follow-- you certainly don't have to have any sommelier training. We’ll talk with you on how to smell, swirl, and sip a glass of wine, how to determine your personal palate, how to choose the right wine for you from a menu, how to distinguish different wines made from the same grape, and then the best part, enjoy several pours of great wine.
