Flaky sea salt paired with dehydrated lime juice, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika makes for the perfect spicy rim salt. 

 

Cocktail Recommendation:

 

Paloma

 

1.5 oz. Tequila or Mezcal

1.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz. Lime Juice

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

 

Shake, Strain into a Collins Glass

Top with Club Soda

Garnish: Spicy Paloma Rim Salts and a Grapefruit or an Orange Wedge

 

 

The weight of the salt adds just the right amount of salt to the rim; not too much, and not too sparse. Simply slice a fresh lime and gently rub against the top of the glass, sprinkle with salt or dip the lime'd rim into the salt tin.
