Flaky sea salt paired with dehydrated lime juice makes for the perfect Margarita rim salt.
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Cointreau
0.75 oz. Lime Juice
Shake, Strain into a Rocks Glass
Garnish: Margarita Rim Salts and a Lime Wedge
The weight of the salt adds just the right amount of salt to the rim; not too much, and not too sparse. Simply slice a fresh lime and gently rub against the top of the glass, sprinkle with salt or dip the lime'd rim into the salt tin.
