Flaky black lava sea salt paired with black and white sesame seeds, and black pepper makes for the perfect Japanese-influenced rim salt.

 

Cocktail Recommendation:

 

When in Tokyo

 

2 oz. Japanese Whisky

0.5 oz. Lemon Juice

0.5 oz. Yuzu Juice

0.75 oz. Sesame Syrup

 

Shake, Strain into a Rocks Glass

Garnish: Japanese Rim Salts

 

 

The weight of the salt adds just the right amount of salt to the rim; not too much, and not too sparse. Simply slice a fresh lemon and gently rub against the top of the glass, sprinkle with salt or dip the lemon'd rim into the salt tin.
