Flaky sea salt paired with sugar, espresso bean, and dark chocolate makes for the perfect sweetly balanced rim salt.
Improved Espresso Martini
2 oz. Aged Rum
1 oz. Caffé Lolita Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz. Brewed Espresso
2 dash Orange Bitters
Stir, Strain into a Coupe Glass
Garnish: Espresso Rim Salts and optional Hand-Whipped Cream
The weight of the salt adds just the right amount of salt to the rim; not too much, and not too sparse. Simply slice a fresh orange and gently rub against the top of the glass, sprinkle with salt or dip the orange'd rim into the salt tin.
